Training process
The program consists of two stages:
- In the first stage, you will explore self-study materials at your convenience and complete assigned tasks with immediate automated feedback. It usually takes ~4 months with ~8-12 hours of weekly engagement.
- Based on the final assessment result and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the second stage. It usually lasts ~4 months and requires ~12 hours of weekly engagement. The team of Java experts will provide continuous support through mentoring and regular Q&A sessions.
Upon program completion, you may be able to continue your career path according to demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM.
What is required for training:
- English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and software operation
- Familiarity with computer science
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms or any programming languages
How to get started?

- Take an English test available in your profile. The result will not affect your participation in the program, but it is recommended to have B1 (Intermediate) level and higher.
- Receive a link to the Learn platform and start studying. After registration, you will get a link via your profile's email, or you can find it in the notifications tab.
